Timothy J. Huffman, 23, Beloit, was cited Saturday, Feb. 2, for driving with a suspended license and a suspended vehicle registration.
Jessica L. Vanhook, 29, Monroe, was cited Saturday, Feb. 2, for driving without a valid license or vehicle insurance.

DARLINGTON - Marena R. Bahena, 21, Darlington, was cited for damage to property at about 10:40 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, following an investigation of an incident that occurred Tuesday, Jan. 22, at a residence on Louisa Street.
A 16-year-old of Darlington was cited for violating a driver's license restriction at about 8:10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, following a traffic stop on Center Hill Road.
Scott Black, 36, Darlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 8:05 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 23.

MONROE - Christopher J. Martinez, 30, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and attempted strangulation after police responded at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, to a report of domestic abuse in the 2100 block of 16th Street. He was also taken into custody on a probation hold. He was jailed pending court.
Police transported a 51-year-old Janesville man to a detox facility in Madison twice in one weekend after responding to complaints from a resident in the 2200 block of 10th Street that he was unwanted at the residence and incapacitated by alcohol. The first call came at 5:29 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1. After he was released the next day from the detox facility, the man returned to the same residence. Police were again called to the home at 1:42 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, and the man was again taken to detox.
An attempted theft of groceries was reported at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., at 5:28 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2. The male suspect fled without the groceries after an employee confronted him.
A theft of cash from a mailbox in the 1900 block of 11th Avenue was reported at 7:21 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3. Police are investigating leads.
A 13-year-old student was turned over to a parent after staff at the Monroe School District, 925 16th Ave., reported he was being unruly and throwing stuff. The case was referred to Juvenile Intake.
A theft of prescription medication and a disposable camera from an apartment in the 200 block of 4th Avenue was reported at 12:09 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4. There are no suspects.
A resident in the 1500 block of 8th Street called at 7:29 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, to report a neighbor's dog had been left out overnight. An officer determined the dog was now safely inside and the complaint unfounded.
An employee at Kundert Oil, 317 8th St., reported a gas smell at 7:39 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8. The origin of the smell was determined to be coming from a nearby cheese factory, and there was no evidence of a gas leak.
The owner of a disabled vehicle that was left in a lot in the 100 block of West 8th Street reported at 11:19 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, that someone had broken a window on the vehicle sometime during the previous night. Nothing was stolen.
Citations are pending against the owner of a three-legged dog after police responded twice in 24 hours to complaints that the animal was running loose in the 2500 block of 8th Street. Police responded to complaints about the dog at 3:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, and again at 7:44 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9. During the second visit, police impounded the dog at the Green County Humane Society.
An 8-year-old boy was warned not to trespass after employees at Quest Industrial, 1313 16th St., reported at 4:58 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, that the boy was throwing snowballs and shooting a BB gun on the business' property.
Property owners in the 2500 block of 8th Street and 600 block of Sunrise Court were sent warnings the morning of Saturday, Feb. 9, to shovel and remove ice from the sidewalk.
