MONROE - Jamie L. Splinter, 23, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic disturbance at about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Eighth Street. Splinter was jailed.
• Bradley J. Rear, 46, Monroe, was arrested at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 18th Avenue for a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.
