Green County Sheriff MONROE - Jeffrey A. Scott, 54, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. Monday on a Rock County warrant for felony burglary and theft after deputies located Scott's vehicle stranded in the W2200 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Spring Grove. Scott was also cited for driving with a suspended license. He was transported to the Brodhead Police Department and was turned over to Rock County deputies.
