Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Simone S. Brookens, 48, Barneveld, as arrested for first offense operating while under the influence, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain control, after deputies and the Albany Police Department responded at about 9:45 a.m. Monday to a report of a vehicle in the ditch in the W700 block of Wis. 59 in the Town of Albany. Brookens was released pending court.
Jason L. Strothman, 34, Monroe, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Monday at a residence on Middle Juda Road in the Town of Jefferson on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to pay child support. Strothman was transported to the Rock County Sheriff's Department and turned over to Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
- Michael R. Graff, 22, Middleton, was arrested at about 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Green County Justice Center on a warrant for failure to pay child support. Graff was jailed.
Brodhead Police
- Russell E. TerHark, South Wayne, was cited Saturday for theft of library material. A court date was issued.
- Jessy J. Bennet, Brodhead, was cited Saturday for theft of library material. A court date was issued.
New Glarus Police
- Officers were called at about 12:45 p.m. Friday to investigate a gas drive-off from a convenience store on Wis. 69. Police report a subject had conducted two separate fuel transactions and claimed to have conducted only one transaction. A subject has been located and the case remains under investigation.
- Officers were called at about 3:30 p.m. Friday to investigate a gas drive-off from a convenience store in Wis. 69. Police report a subject had conducted a fuel transaction and left without paying. The case remains under investigation.
- At about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, officers assisted in performing an intoximeter test on Joshua J. Hulburt, 29, Verona, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated by Belleville Police Department. Hulburt was later released to a responsible person.
