Monroe PoliceMONROE - Jenny M. Rogers, 27, Nora, Ill., was arrested at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, in the 1800 block of 12th Street on a warrant issued by the Winnebago County (Illinois) Sheriff's Department for a probation violation. She was also cited for driving without a valid license. On Wednesday in Green County Court, Rogers was extradited to Illinois.
