Monroe Police

MONROE - Orrin H. Marsden, 19, Monroe, and Alysa J. Neuenschwander, 18, Monroe, were cited for underage drinking at approximately 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in the 500 block of West 21st Street. They were released pending a court appearance.

• Green County Human Services is investigating a 7-year-old female student at St. Victor Elementary School, 1416 20th Ave., who reportedly touched another girl inappropriately this week and two other girls in separate incidents last school year. Police were called to the school at 1:36 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, to take the report.

MONROE - Cody A. Kirschbaum, 23, Albany, was cited for speeding, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance and possessing drug paraphernalia after deputies stopped a car at 8:12 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, for a traffic violation on Wisconsin 11 west of Mount Hope Road in the Town of Spring Grove. Two passengers were also cited: Timothy S. Miller, 25, Orfordville, for possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seatbelt; and James M. Hurtley, 23, Orfordville, for not wearing a seatbelt. All three were released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Stephen T. Smith, 22, Shullsburg, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, on Truth Street in Shullsburg on a warrant issued by Lafayette County. Smith posted bond and was released from jail.

• Daisy D. Cunzenheim, 16, Darlington, was cited for speeding following a traffic stop at 8:32 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, on Center Drive Road in the Town of Elk Grove.

• Robert J. Brunkow, 18, Darlington, was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance and a valid registration following a traffic stop at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, on County F in the Town of Seymour.

• A deputy responded at 8:35 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, to Black Hawk High School in South Wayne to investigate a report that one juvenile reportedly sent another unwanted texts and Facebook messages. No charges were filed.

• A theft was reported at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at a residence on County E in the Town of Darlington.
