MONROE - Chad O. Osbaugh, 35, Monroe, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 1300 block of 17th Street on an apprehension jail request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Osbaugh was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• A deputy responded at 2:48 a.m. on Wisconsin 11 for a welfare check.

• A deputy responded at 2:55 a.m. on U.S. 151 for a welfare check.

• A deputy responded at 6:18 a.m. on Burr Oak Road in Belmont Township for a welfare check.

• A deputy checked a business alarm at 7:09 a.m. on South State Street in Argyle.

• A truancy violation was reported at 8:13 a.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.

• An erratic driver was reported at 11:08 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.

• Amanda S. Harlson, 33, Hazel Green, was cited for no insurance at 11:20 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.

• Deputies assisted Darlington Police with a theft complaint at 1:41 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington.

• Dallas J. Hoffman, 27, Belmont, was cited for driving after suspension and non-registration of a vehicle at 2:36 p.m. on West Mound View Avenue in Belmont.

• An erratic driver was reported at 3:58 p.m. on County XX in Belmont Township.

• A civil dispute was reported at 4:13 p.m. on Holland Road in Seymour Township.

• A deputy assisted Cuba City Police with a traffic stop at 5:16 p.m. on Roaster Road in Benton Township.

• A deputy responded at 6:43 p.m. to West Center Street in South Wayne for a welfare check.

• A deputy assisted Darlington Police with a business alarm at 6:57 p.m. on Main Street in Darlington.
