MONROE - Christopher L. Sibley, 31, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, intimidating a victim, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property at 12:03 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of 16th Street as the result of a domestic dispute. Sibley was confined to the Green County Jail pending court.
• Colton P. Long, 20, Mineral Point, was arrested for driving while under the influence of an intoxicant (first offense) at 12:04 a.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 14th Street.
• Scott Bartosik, 59, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by probation and parole at 3:23 a.m. Monday on Old Argyle Road just north of 2nd Street. Bartosik was confined to the Green County Jail.

BRODHEAD - For the week of Dec. 17 to Dec. 23, Brodhead Police reported 17 calls for service, 13 vehicle registrations, 40 citizen assists, 21 security checks, 11 assist other agencies, 32 traffic stops, 16 911 calls, two fire calls and seven EMS calls.
On Dec. 17:
• A 36-year-old Monroe man was cited for speeding at 12:11 p.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street.
• A 38-year-old Monroe man was arrested for no valid driver's license at 12:29 p.m. in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue.
On Dec. 18:
• A 25-year-old Machesney Park, Illinois, man was cited for speeding at 8:29 a.m. in the 1800 block of West 9th Avenue.
• An 18-year-old Brodhead man was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:56 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
• A 20-year-old Durand, Illinois, man was cited for speeding at 11:42 a.m. in the 600 block of East 9th Avenue.
• A 59-year-old Milton man was cited for speeding at 12:15 p.m. in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue.
• A restraining order violation was reported at 3:37 p.m. in the 1700 block of West 3rd Avenue. A subject was driving past the residence. Contact was made and all charges were referred to the Green County district attorney.
On Dec. 19:
• A 67-year-old Brodhead woman and a 37-year-old Brodhead man were cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct at 5:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street.
On Dec. 20:
• An 18-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested and transported to the Green County Jail on a probation hold at 3:04 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue after a disorderly conduct complaint.
On Thursday:
• A 72-year-old Hartland man was cited for speeding at 4:44 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
• A 17-year-old Brodhead man was cited for driving too fast for conditions at 10:52 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street.
• A 39-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for no valid driver's license at 11:05 p.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street.
On Friday:
• An 18-year-old Brodhead man was arrested for bail jumping after a traffic stop for driving too fast for conditions at 1:01 a.m.
• Police responded at 11:48 a.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street for a welfare check. The subject they were trying to contact was not home at the time.
• Police responded at 7:20 p.m. to the 600 block of 17th Street for a welfare check. After checking, the subject was located and the matter was resolved.
On Saturday:
• A code violation of riding bikes in the road without lights or helmets was reported at 5:38 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. Contact was made and the matter was resolved.
• A 73-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 6:02 p.m. in the 1500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
