• Animal neglect was reported at 4:46 p.m. on County O, Town of Shullsburg.
• Jazmin A. Salisbury, 22, Darlington, was cited at 9:31 p.m. for driving without a valid license and without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.
• A 911 hang-up occurred at 10:13 p.m. on South Fairview Avenue in Argyle.
• Neil F. Kieler, 58, Dickeyville, was cited at 11:48 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign on County H, Town of Benton.
