MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Benjamin R. Normington, 28, Brodhead, was arrested at 6:12 a.m. in the 900 block of 11th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Albany Police Department for criminal damage to property. Normington was jailed pending court.
• Vincent J. Ardis, 39, Madison, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. for driving while intoxicated, third offense, after police stopped his vehicle in the 600 block of 4th Avenue. Ardis was jailed pending court.

• A deputy responded to a trespass to land complaint at 2:14 p.m. on Whiteside Road, Wiota Township.
• A deputy investigated an identity theft complaint at 1st Street, Village of Benton, at 5:27 p.m.
