DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• A deputy responded at 2:45 p.m. to a civil dispute on County U, Seymour Township.

• A deputy responded to a civil dispute at 3:30 p.m. on County Shop Road, Darlington Township.

• A deputy unlocked a citizen's vehicle at 6:13 p.m. on Sheldon Street, Village of Gratiot.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Police are investigating a theft of an enclosed trailer that was taken from a Christmas display, reported stolen on Monday. It is believed the theft is connected to the four ATVs that were taken in the overnight hours of Saturday and Sunday. The white trailer is owned by Ubersox Automotive Group and has a blue advertising marking on its side for the company. The trailer was parked at the campgrounds as a part of the city's Riverside Reflections Christmas displays. Police are seeking any information in relation to the theft and are asking anyone with knowledge of the ATVs' or trailer's whereabouts to call the police department at 608-776-4981.

• Joshua P. Kniker, 28, Darlington, was cited at 1:25 p.m. for having open intoxicants at Johsnon Public Library.
