MONROE - David S. Eldred, 46, Monroe, was arrested for outstanding Monroe Police Department warrants at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.

MONROE - Jamie L. Splinter, 24, Madison, was arrested for six Monroe Police Department warrants and cited for driving after revocation at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of 21st Street. Splinter was jailed.
• Terry L. Simmons, 50, Monroe, was arrested for driving under the influence and improper right turn at about 2:15 a.m. Thursday on 9th Street near 16th Avenue in Monroe. A passenger in the vehicle, Kenin L. Stewart, 25, Monroe, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.
• Marcella A. Hartwig, 57, Browntown, was arrested for a Green County Circuit Court warrant at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday at a residence in Jordan township. Hartwig posted bond and was released.
