He was released on a cash bond and issued a court date.- Robert L. Prinkey, Sr., 60, Brodhead, and a 17-year-old Brodhead male were cited for disorderly conduct at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, July 29, in the 500 block of 14th Street. Also cited was Tyler J. Miller, 19, Brodhead, for possession of drug paraphernalia.- Joshua A. Jacobson, 19, Brodhead, was cited Sunday, July 29, for failure to maintain an exhaust system, stemming from an incident July 25.- Sarah J. Roesslein, Monroe, and Mary E. Thomas, Brodhead, were cited Monday, July 30, for theft of library materials.- A 17-year-old Brodhead male was cited Monday, July 30, for disorderly conduct, damage to property and loud and unnecessary noise, stemming from an incident the previous day.- Adam W. Tracy, 21, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 7:21 p.m. Monday, July 30, in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.- Fredrick D. Hickstein, 44, Orfordville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 7:17 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, in the 600 block of 1st Street.Monroe PoliceMONROE - Jeffrey Dean McKaig, 42, Edgerton, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 1:27 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, after hospital staff called police to the Monroe Clinic, 515 22nd Ave. During an examination in the ER, McKaig reportedly yelled and swore at staff, threw linens and other items around the examination room and kicked a sliding door of its hinges.
