Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Jason Douglas, 30, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, reckless driving causing injury and a warrant issued by Albany Municipal Court at 10:27 a.m. Monday, July 30, in the 100 block of West Exchange Street. He was released on a cash bond and issued a court date.

- Robert L. Prinkey, Sr., 60, Brodhead, and a 17-year-old Brodhead male were cited for disorderly conduct at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, July 29, in the 500 block of 14th Street. Also cited was Tyler J. Miller, 19, Brodhead, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Joshua A. Jacobson, 19, Brodhead, was cited Sunday, July 29, for failure to maintain an exhaust system, stemming from an incident July 25.

- Sarah J. Roesslein, Monroe, and Mary E. Thomas, Brodhead, were cited Monday, July 30, for theft of library materials.

- A 17-year-old Brodhead male was cited Monday, July 30, for disorderly conduct, damage to property and loud and unnecessary noise, stemming from an incident the previous day.

- Adam W. Tracy, 21, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 7:21 p.m. Monday, July 30, in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.

- Fredrick D. Hickstein, 44, Orfordville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 7:17 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Jeffrey Dean McKaig, 42, Edgerton, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 1:27 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, after hospital staff called police to the Monroe Clinic, 515 22nd Ave. During an examination in the ER, McKaig reportedly yelled and swore at staff, threw linens and other items around the examination room and kicked a sliding door of its hinges. His blood-alcohol concentration tested at .29 percent. He was jailed on a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and signed $500 signature bond the following day. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled Sept. 4.

- Daniel F. Baumgartner, 25, Monroe, was arrested on charges of bail jumping and driving with a revoked license at 5:05 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, in the 1100 block of 9th Street. He was jailed, then co-signed a $200 cash bond the following day. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled Aug. 21.

- Kourtney K. Edler, 20, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of North 18th Avenue at 2:54 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4. A passenger, David S. Stampfli, 20, Blanchardville, was cited for underage drinking and having open intoxicants in the vehicle. Both were released pending court.

- Torrence Ivory, 32, Chicago, was arrested in the 2800 block of 13th Street at 7:52 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department for a disorderly conduct charge. He was jailed.

- Matthew P. Vincent, 55, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery at 8:33 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, in the 2500 block of 10th Street. Police arrested him as the result of a domestic dispute. He was jailed. Also arrested at the same time was Sheryl A. Vincent, 46, Monroe, on a charge of violating her probation. She was jailed.

- Justin S. Helton, 18, Monroe, and two juvenile males were cited for underage drinking at 3:48 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, in the 1500 block of 13th Street.

- Sarah A. Niedermeier, 33, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance after she collided with several mailboxes and a street sign in the 1200 block of 2nd Street. Police responded to the scene at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Alexander A. Segura, 34, Beloit, was cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense) after he was stopped for a traffic infraction on Wisconsin 69 north of County H in the Town of New Glarus at 5:02 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3.
