MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Kevin P. Byrne, 59, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 5:33 a.m. in the 2600 block of Wisconsin 69. He was also cited for speeding and for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. He was released pending court.

• Amber M. Lentz, 29, Janesville, was arrested at 6:33 a.m. in the 2500 block of 12th Street on a warrant issued by the Janesville Police Department for retail theft. She was jailed. During the same incident, Dale J. Graff, 51, Monroe, was cited for obstructing an officer.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Suspicious activity was reported at 12:30 a.m. on Belmont Street in Belmont.

• Jaron D. Neuenschwander Luebke, 22, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 10:03 a.m. to a domestic dispute on Butts Road, Town of Wayne. He was transported to the Lafayette County Jail. He later posted bond and was released. During the same incident, Thomas R. Schmid, 25, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license.

• A deputy responded at 12 p.m. to a civil dispute on West Church Road, Town of Wiota.

• A deputy responded at 9:15 p.m. to a traffic complaint and criminal damage to property complaint on County H in Blanchardville.

• Timothy K. Lattin, 27, Argyle, was arrested on a domestic-abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 11:32 p.m. to a domestic disturbance on Galena Street in Argyle. He was jailed.
