MONROE - Jose A. Garcia, 29, Monroe, was arrested for driving after revocation and for Lafayette County warrants at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of 9th Street. He was jailed.
• Two 12-year-old Monroe females were arrested for retail theft at about 8 p.m. Tuesday at ShopKo. They were released to parents pending court.
