MONROE - Jorge Francisco Garcia, 24, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and two counts of bail jumping at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday on the 1800 block of 12th Street. He was jailed.
• Danielle M. Schwarz, 21, Monroe, was arrested for driving after revocation and bail jumping at about 6 p.m. Sunday at 10th Street and 17th Avenue. She was released pending court.
• Joseph W. Shumway, 24, Monroe, was cited for squealing tires, driving with a suspended driver's license and obstructing an officer at about 7:45 p.m. in the 100 block of 7 1/2 Street. Lucas M. Wirth, 19, Monroe, was cited for obstructing an officer. They were released pending court.

Matthews, 31, Freeport, Ill., was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, speeding and driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the N2000 block of Clarno Road. A passenger in the vehicle, Antonio Q. Brooks, 36, Freeport, Ill., was arrested for obstructing police and for a warrant. They were jailed.
• Bradley D. Klemm, 33, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving and reckless driving at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Edelweiss Road in Exeter township. A passenger in the vehicle, Brent E. Quade, 20, Madison, was cited for underage drinking. They were released pending court.

• Jacob M. Clark, 32, Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested for criminal damage to property, trespassing and resisting arrest after a couple returned home and found Clark asleep on their sofa at about 2 a.m. Sunday at a residence on County G. He was jailed.
• Cassandra M. Lewis, 30, Shullsburg, was cited for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance at about 6:30 p.m. on West Harrison Street in Shullsburg. She was also arrested for an outstanding child support warrant. She was released pending court.
