Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Audrey Bennett, 72, Darlington, was cited for a violation of the city's zoning code regarding garage sales at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. The citation was a result of an investigation into complaints Bennett hosted a garage sale on Galena Street for longer than the three days permitted by ordinance.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Jerry Coplien, 19, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of 11th Avenue. Coplien was released pending court.

• Mary J. Moffit, 56, Monroe was arrested for an outstanding Green County Sheriff's warrant at about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 17th Street. Moffit posted bond.

• Kevin W. Haffele, 21, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle after suspension at about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of 6th Street. Haffele was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Perry A. Reeve, 23, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:45 p.m. Monday on Wisconsin 69 at 21st Street in the City of Monroe, following a traffic stop. He was released pending a court date. The driver of the vehicle was issued a traffic warning. The Monroe Police Department Officers and K9 unit assisted at the stop.

• Jamie L. Splinter, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a commitment order for failure to pay child support at about 10 a.m. Tuesday by Deputies at the Green County Justice Center. Splinter was jailed.

• Deputies responded at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday to a burglary to a shed in the N2900 block of Monroe-Sylvester Road, in the Town of Monroe. No further information was available at the time of press release.
