Monroe Police

MONROE - Emil A. McGoff, 25, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct under domestic abuse laws at about 5:30 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of 22nd Avenue. She posted bond and was released pending court.

• Thomas J. Wand, 24, Winslow, Ill., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 and 26th Street. Wand was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Brian J. Vetter, 20, Belleville, was arrested for obstructing police and cited of underage alcohol consumption, after deputies along with Monticello Police Department, responded at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday to the W2800 block of Doyle Road, in the Town of Exeter, for a report of an underage consumption of alcohol at a party. The host of the party, Charles D. Hill, 21, Belleville, was referred to the District Attorney's Office on charges of providing alcohol to underage persons, second offense.

During the investigation, Amanda J. Bliss, 19, New Glarus, was arrested for absolute sobriety and cited for operating left of center, following a traffic stop on County C, near County CC, in the Town of Mount Pleasant. Passengers of the vehicle, Leslie K. Kanter, 19, New Glarus; Cortney L. Bertelrud, 20, New Glarus; Paige V. Chiarello, 19, Madison; and Sara K. Disch-Moyer, 20, Belleville, were cited for underage alcohol consumption.

All subjects are pending court.

• Douglas P. Trunnell, 61, Waterloo, Iowa, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and intimidation of victim, after deputies responded at about 12:15 p.m. Friday to Wisconsin 11 and Cadiz Springs Road, Town of Cadiz, for a domestic dispute. Trunnell was jailed pending court or bond.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Guillermo Sanchez-Mendez, 23, Aurora, Ill., was arrested at about 9 p.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township for open intoxicants and for a valid Dekalb County, Ill., warrant. Sanchez-Mendez was jailed pending extradition to Illinois.

• Garrett Hahn, 19, Gelena, Ill., was arrested at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 in Benton Township for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, following a traffic stop. Hahn was jailed and later released. Hahn was also cited for speeding, resisting and obstructing an officer, and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Passengers in the vehicle were also cited for intoxicants and underage alcohol violations.

• Sandy Noble, 39, Eleroy, Ill., was apprehended on a valid Green County warrant at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday. Noble was released after posting bond.
