Monroe Police

MONROE - James W. Rupnow, 63, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving and driving the wrong way on a divided highway at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of 8th Street. He was jailed.

• Jacob T. Ballard, 20, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and driving with a suspended license at about 12:45 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of 14th Avenue. He was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Kenna M. Kirsnis, 22, Brooklyn, was arrested for violating a domestic abuse injunction at about 4:15 a.m. Thursday at a residence on Alpine Road in Brooklyn township. She was arrested April 21 for domestic related disorderly conduct and was told to have no contact with the victim for 72 hours. She phoned the victim in the case. She was jailed.

• Deni Pedro Rodriguez, 20, Albany, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 4 a.m. Thursday on County E near Dunphy Road. He was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Steve J. Joles, 30, Arena, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Blanchardville.
