Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Felipe Herrera-Duran, 49, Monroe, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and unsafe lane deviation at 12:42 a.m. Sunday, April 15, in the 1500 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released with a court date.

- Walker J. Palmer, 19, Michael H. Wilson, 42, and a juvenile male, all of Brodhead, were cited for disorderly conduct at 11:16 a.m. Sunday, April 15, in the 1300 block of 13th Street.

- Adam W. Tracy, 21, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 3:37 p.m. Monday, April 16, in the 400 block of 2nd Street. He was jailed.

- Shannon M. Coughlin, 26, Brodhead, was cited Tuesday, April 17, for parental liability for truancy.

- A juvenile Brodhead male was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, an underage alcohol violation and failure to obey lawful order at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Brendon D. Collins, 21, Brodhead, was arrested in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, on charges of felony bail jumping and resisting arrest. He was jailed.

- Patrick J. Yoon, 33, Palentine, Ill., was cited for speeding at 8:18 p.m. Thursday, April 19, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- William J. Day, 31, Beloit, was arrested in the 100 block of 7th Street at 8:31 p.m. Friday, April 20, on active warrants issued by the Dane County Circuit Court, Beloit Municipal Court and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.

- April M. Campos, 37, Columbus, was cited Friday, April 20, for issuing worthless checks.

- Courtney L. Frye, 20, Brodhead, was cited Saturday, April 21, for littering.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Steven A. Walters, 41, Monroe was arrested in the 800 block of 22nd Avenue at about noon Friday, April 20, on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay child support. He was jailed.

- James L. Sweeney, 30, Avoca, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and jailed on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold at about 11:45 p.m. Friday, April 20, in the 1800 block of 4th Street.

- Brett R. Zimmerman, 16, Monroe, was cited for following too closely after a two-vehicle collision at about 7:45 a.m. Friday, April 20, at the intersection of 13th Street and 25th Avenue. Zimmerman reportedly hit a vehicle driven by Ashley L. Heinzen, 27, Monroe. Both vehicles were moderately damaged. No injuries were reported.

- Nicholas A. Paschal, 18, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a yield sign at about 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 20, after he reportedly hit a vehicle driven by Dawn Rivera, 36, Monroe at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 18th Street.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - James L. Engelke, 55, Brodhead, was arrested in the 600 block of West 3rd Avenue in Brodhead on a charge of driving while intoxicated (fourth offense) at 8:43 p.m. Friday, April 20, after a deputy responded to a traffic complaint. Engelke was also cited for driving left of center.

- Adam D. Bliss, 30, Juda, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 5 a.m. Saturday, April 21, in the W900 block of Cottage Road in the Town of Decatur.
