MONROE - Michael Rothenbuehler, 18, Monroe, was arrested for battery to a child, strangulation and disorderly conduct following an assault that took place at about 8 a.m. Wednesday at the Monroe Charter School. He was jailed pending court.
• Kenna M. Kirsnis, 22, Brooklyn, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 9:45 p.m. at a residence on Alpine Road in Brooklyn township. Kirsnis was jailed.
