MONROE - Gregory S. Luebke, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday for disorderly conduct and bail jumping after a disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of 12th Street. Luebke was jailed.

• Kimberly M. Moore, 32, Footville, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on a child support warrant at the Green County Justice Center. Moore was jailed.
