Monroe Police

MONROE - Aaron S. Frederickson, 29, Stoughton, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay a fine issued by the Middleton Police Department at about 1:13 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of West 21st Street. Frederickson was released.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Brian R. Green, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant through the Appleton Police Department 2:10 p.m. Monday. Green posted bond and was released.

- Michael E. Hoffman, 26, Monroe, was cited for operating after revocation, speeding, and driver's license restriction violation, following a traffic stop at 9:56 p.m. Saturday, April 7 on Wisconsin 11 at Short Lane. He was released pending court.

- William E. Lowe III, 31, Monroe was arrested on a Department of Corrections probation hold at 8:20 a.m. Thursday, April 6, at a residence on County N in the Town of Monroe. Lowe was jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Scott H. Lichtenwalner, 21, Waunakee, was transported back to the Dane County Jail at 3:13 p.m. Monday, following a court appearance in Lafayette County.

- Raymond G. Gonnet, 24, Onoway, Alberta, Canada, was cited for speeding at 4:59 p.m. Monday on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington.

- Thomas J. Doran, 30, Blanchardville, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Friday, April 6 on River Road in the Town of Argyle for battery. He was transported to Lafayette County jail. Peter A. Peterson, 22, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Lafayette County jail, where he posted bond and was released. Blanchardville Police Department and Blanchardville Ambulance assisted at the scene.

- Lori J. Merwin, 49, South Wayne, was arrested at 9: 02 p.m. Friday, April 6 on South Galena Street in the Village of South Wayne for battery. She was transported to the Lafayette County jail where she remains jailed.

- Jesse L. Donar, 28, East Dubuque, was arrested in Platteville on Lafayette County warrants and turned over to Lafayette County Sheriff deputies at 8:20 a.m. Saturday, April 7, on County XX in the Town of Belmont. He was jailed.

- Bo B. Bennet, 18, Mineral Point, was turned over by Wisconsin State Patrol and transported from U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont to Lafayette County jail on a probation hold at 9:24 a.m. Saturday, April 17.

- Cody J. Napp, 17, Fennimore, and two other juveniles were cited for ATV violations on the trail at 11:49 a.m. Saturday, April 7 in the City of Darlington.

- Curtis L. Marzahl, 52, Belmont, was cited for expired registration following a traffic stop at noon Saturday, April 7, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Justin A. Phillips, 21, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct, after deputies responded to a report of a welfare check at 12:29 p.m. on South Galena Street in the Village of South Wayne. Phillips was transported to Lafayette County jail, where he posted bond was released.

- A deputy responded to a report of trespassing on land at 1:37 p.m. Saturday, April 7 on County K in the Town of Gratiot. A vehicle was not located.

- A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of a disabled vehicle at 10:01 p.m. Saturday, April 7 on County K, in the Town of Darlington. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

- Jodi R. Fitzsimons, 37, Darlington, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, resisting/obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and operating after revocation, after Darlington Police made contact with her at a residence on Furnace Road, following a report of a domestic dispute in a vehicle on Wis. 126 in the Village of Belmont at 1:50 a.m. Sunday, April 8. Fitzsimons was transported to Lafayette County jail where she posted bond and was released.

- A deputy responded to a civil dispute at 7:18 a.m. Sunday, April 8 on County W in the Town of New Diggings. The deputy kept the peace as some items were removed from a residence.

- A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of ATVs speeding at 11:10 a.m. Sunday, April 8 on Village Road in the Town of Gratiot. The ATVs were not located.

- A deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway on W. Hope Street in the city of Shullsburg at 2:52 p.m. Sunday April 8.

- Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance reported at 6:46 p.m. Sunday, April 8 on Andrews Road in the Town of Wayne. The incident remains under investigation.

- A deputy responded to a theft at 9:18 p.m. Sunday April 8 on Grant Street in the Village of Argyle.
