GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF MONROE - On Monday: • Dewayne P. Williams, 39, Browntown, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday on a Monroe Police warrant for failure to pay a fine and was cited for driving without a license and possession of marijuana. Williams was jailed. • Bruce E. Chevrette, 51, Wonder Lake, Ill., was cited at 3:59 p.m. for speeding, littering, passing in a no-passing zone and passing on a curve after an erratic driver was reported in the N5900 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Mount Pleasant.
