MONROE - There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Monday, Dec. 26 due to the Christmas holiday. Garbage and recyclables normally collected on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, Dec. 27. Items need to be at the curb by 7 a.m.The City of Monroe will also recycle wrapping paper.
