MONROE - There will be no garbage or recycling collection Thursday, Nov. 22 or Friday, Nov. 23 in the City of Monroe due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Residents whose refuse collection falls on these days will be allowed two bags of garbage the following week on their normal collection day. Bags should be at the curb by 7 a.m.
