Mary Vosberg Larmour, age 86, died April 29, 2010 at Harbor House Nursing Home in Monroe, WI. She was born Feb. 12, 1924 the tenth of eleven children to Edward and Regina (Hinderman) Weber near Cuba City, WI.

Mary married Alvin B. Vosberg in Cuba City on March 2, 1943. Mary and Alvin ran a cheese factory near Sinsinawa early in their marriage and later moved to Gratiot where they farmed and owned and operated Al's Bar from 1959 to 1977. Alvin passed away in 1976. Mary married John Larmour of Cassville on Nov. 25, 1985.

Mary was known as a hard worker all her life. She worked making cheese, farming, cooking for the Gratiot school, at Atwood's in Stockton, and in the family bar business over the years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and making quilts for the grandkids as well as dancing, playing cards, and entertaining friends and family with big dinners for birthdays and holidays. After she married John Larmour, they would spend six months of the year at their place in Lake Wales, Florida where they enjoyed entertaining their neighbors and family and friends. Mary was a member of St. Joseph's parish and its altar society in Gratiot and St. Charles parish in Cassville.

Mary is survived by her children: Jane (the late John) Crotty of South Wayne, WI; Janet (Robert) Eppers of the Villages, FL; and Tom (Kathleen) Vosberg of Gratiot, WI. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Shelly (Kris) Beaver, Kim (Todd) Schiferl, Kerri (Dan) Bartholf, Beth (Marty) Daly, Lisa (Brian) Huschke, Mark Eppers, and Kristen (Mike) Aguirre and thirteen great-grandchildren. Survivors also include two stepsons, Dale (Diane) Kruger of Cassville, WI and Gale Kruger of Dalian-Liaoning, China and six step grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her nine brothers, Carl, Edward, Leo, Henry, Herman, Walter, Francis, Arnold, and Bernard Weber; and her sister, Anna Pfohl; an infant grandson, Patrick Crotty in 1964; her son-in-law, John Crotty in 2000; and her husbands, Alvin Vosberg in 1976 and John Larmour in 2009.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Mary's name. The family would like to thank Paulette Williams and the staff at Harbor House for their compassionate care of Mary for the past year. Visitation will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Gratiot from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on Monday, May 3, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30 a.m. Celebrant will be Father David Wanish.
