BELLEVILLE - Martha Mary O'Brien, age 83, of Belleville, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at Home Town Assisted Living, Belleville, WI. She was born on August 5, 1930 in Adams Township, Green County, WI, the daughter of John and Mary (Tobias) O'Brien.
Martha had worked for Greenco Industries of Monroe, WI for many years. She also lived in Monroe and Albany before moving to Belleville. Martha touched many people throughout her life who will miss her gentle spirit, caring heart and infectious laugh. She lived her life giving and surrounded by love.
Martha is survived by her guardian, Carolyn (Mark) Rose, Franklin, WI, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Ruth and Rosemary, and a brother, Marlin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, January 27, 2014, at St. Francis of Assisi Chapel, Belleville, WI, with Father Michael Moon presiding.
