ROCK COUNTY - A man with three convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge after Rock County deputies responded to a report of an unoccupied, heavily damaged pickup truck covered in blood in southwest Rock County early Saturday, Dec. 31.Justin S. Buchholz, 33, New Franken, is also charged with causing injury by operating while intoxicated. He may face additional charges as the investigation continues, according to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff's Department. Both Buchholz and his passenger, Christopher Woods, 36, Newark, were seriously injured.A newspaper delivery person came across Buchholz's pickup truck, covered inside and out in "a large amount of blood" at 4:17 a.m. on Fossum Road at Sagen Road in the Town of Avon, according to authorities.About three hours later, a resident on Skinner Road reported Buchholz was in their garage.
