Green County Sheriff 

On Feb. 18: 

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 8:42 p.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. Hunter J. Wren, 23, Monroe, was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to road conditions exiting the roadway and entered a field. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed. 

●  Deanna R. Anderson, 53, Brodhead, was transported by Green County EMS for evaluation of minor injuries sustained from a two-vehicle crash at 11:23 p.m. in the W3800 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester. She was rear-ended by another eastbound vehicle operated by Mohamudi H. Abdi, 27, Salt Lake City, Utah, causing both vehicles to enter the ditch. Anderson’s vehicle was towed. Abdi was cited for following too closely. Monroe police assisted. 

On Feb. 19: 

●  No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 7:25 a.m. in the W8400 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jordan. Tracey L. Kamps, 52, Argyle, lost control due to slippery road conditions and entered the eastbound lane and was hit by an eastbound vehicle operated by Timothy D. Lelle, 50, Argyle. Kamp’s vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. 

●  Kathleen M. Leverton, 43, Monroe, was transported by EMS for evaluation of non-life threatening injuries from a two-vehicle crash at 9:28 a.m. in the W8300 block of Wis. 11. She was westbound and lost control due to slushy road conditions and entered the eastbound lane and was hit by an eastbound vehicle operated by Michael L. Montgomery, 59, Browntown. Both vehicles entered the ditch. Leverton’s vehicle hit a guy wire. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed. Montgomery’s vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. A passenger, Stephen K. Eliasson, 63, Monroe, was transported by EMS for evaluation of injuries. Browntown Fire Department and Green County EMS assisted. 

●  No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 10:07 a.m. in the W8300 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz. Susan M. Busarow, 59, South Milwaukee, was westbound and lost control due to slushy road conditions. She attempted to slow down and was hit by another westbound vehicle operated by Stephanie M. Baudhuin, 55, Greenfield. Busarow’s vehicle sustained functional damage. It was towed.  

On Feb. 23: 

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 8:01 a.m. in the W5600 block of County H, Town of New Glarus. Carter G. Ness, 16, New Glarus, was westbound and negotiating a curve when he lost control of his vehicle due to the ice-covered roadway. He exited the roadway and entered a yard hitting another vehicle parked inside a shed, owned by Donald L. Thompson, 82, New Glarus. His vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed. 

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle accident at 9:58 a.m. in the W9000 block of Yankee Hollow Road, Town of York. Cody M. Broege, 23, Winslow, was westbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to the ice-covered roadway. He entered the ditch and overturned. His vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. 

 

Lafayette County Sheriff 

DARLINGTON — Karen S. Heller, 54, Warren, was Med flighted for evaluation of injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 11:52 a.m. Feb. 17 on County DD, Town of Wayne. She was eastbound when she lost control and entered the north embankment. Her vehicle overturned and she was ejected. Her vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. South Wayne Fire and South Wayne First, Green County EMS, Browntown Fire and deputies assisted.  

On Feb. 18: 

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 7:03 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour. Craig L. Thompson, 69, Rockford, was eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle due to slippery conditions and hit a guardrail. His vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was towed.
