On April 3:
● 12:09am, Police responded to the 1000 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; subjects involved in a verbal altercation. Contact was made and warnings were issued.
● 2:03am, Police responded to the 1000 block of W Exchange St. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog running at large. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.
● 1:03pm, Police responded to the 600 block of 12th St. for the report of Suspicious Activity; subjects attempting to break into a garage. This matter remains under investigation.
● 5:37pm, Police responded to the 1100 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; a subject involved in a physical altercation. The victim decided to not press charges.
● 7:40pm, Police responded to the 1000 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of an ATV Violation; an ATV operating on the highway. Contact was made and a warning was issued.

On April 9:
● 1:44am, Police responded to the 800 block of 2nd St. for Suspicious Activity; a vehicle with its door open. The area was checked but no other suspicious activity was located.
● 8:54am, Police responded to the 300 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of a Hit and Run Traffic Crash. This matter remains under investigation.
● 4:38pm, Police responded to the 600 block of 9th St. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog at large. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.
● 6:19pm, a 28 year old Brodhead woman was cited in the 1100 block of 1st Center Ave. for Operating Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Required.
● 8:13pm, a 77 year old Brodhead woman was cited in the 700 block of E 9th Ave. for Non-registration of Auto.
● 9:45pm, a 35 year old Brodhead man was arrested in the 2100 block of 1st Center Ave. for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating with a Prohibited Blood Alcohol Content. He was also cited for Operating Left of Center.
● 11:49pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of W 2nd Ave. for the report of Suspicious Activity; caller reported hearing a loud altercation. The area was searched but no disturbance was located.
On April 10:
● 11:02am, a 29 year old Brodhead man was arrested in the 800 block of 1st Center Ave. for Bail Jumping. He was also cited for Non-registration of Auto and Display Unauthorized Vehicle Registration Plate.
● 7:47pm, a 32 year old Brodhead man was arrested in the 400 block of E 6th Ave. for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Bail Jumping.
● 8:09pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of E 3rd Ave. for the report of Suspicious Activity; an undetermined noise from a shed. The area was checked but no other suspicious activity was located.
On April 12:
● 10:13pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of W 4th Ave. for the report of a Domestic Problem; subjects involved in a verbal altercation. The parties were separated for the night and this matter was referred to the Green County District Attorney.
On April 13:
● 9:01am, Police responded to the 600 block of W 2nd Ave. for the report of a Code Violation; items covered by tarps and junk vehicles parked on the property. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
● 9:44am, Police responded to the 100 block of E 3rd Ave. for the report of a Code Violation; debris and vehicle parts on the property. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
● 9:47am, Police responded to the 400 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of a Code Violation; a sign on the property. This matter remains under investigation.
● 4:57pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of W 2nd Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog bite. This matter was referred to the Green County Health Department.
● 6:34pm, Police responded to the 1000 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; a subject causing a disturbance. Upon investigation, a 42 year old Brodhead man was arrested for Bail Jumping and Disorderly Conduct.
On April 14:
● 12:40am, Police responded to the 2400 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Suspicious Activity; a storage container was found open. Contact was made with the property manager; no items were taken and no other suspicious activity was located.
● 6:51pm, a 29 year old Brodhead woman was arrested in the 1600 block of 20th St. for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Battery.
On April 15:
● 1:38am, Police responded to the 1800 block of E 2nd Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; subject causing a disturbance via phone. Contact was made and the matter was resolved.
● 3:58pm, Police responded to the 500 block of 11th St. for the report of Suspicious Activity; an unknown subject on the property. The area was checked but no suspicious activity was located.
● 7:24pm, Police responded to the 2600 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; two dogs running at large. The area was checked but the dogs were not located.
● 10:44pm, Police responded to the 1800 block of E 2nd Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; subject causing a disturbance via phone. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
On April 17:
● 11:52am, a 32 year old Brodhead man was cited in the 100 block of E 9th Ave. for Non-registration of Auto and Failure to Transfer Title.
● 7:31pm, a 40 year old Footville man was cited for Operating after Revocation — 4th Offense, Non-registration of Auto, and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Required.
On April 18:
● 12:55am, Police responded to the 600 block of 12th St. for the report of Suspicious Activity; subjects in the yard possibly going through vehicles. Police checked the area but did not locate the subjects involved.
On April 19:
● 1:30pm, Police responded to the 300 block of 3rd St. for the report of a Code Violation; a junk vehicle. The resident was contacted and a warning was issued.
● 9:55pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of 21st St. for the report of a Domestic Problem; subjects involved in an altercation. This matter was referred to the Green Co. District Attorney.
On April 23:
● 1:28am, a 56 year old Monroe man was arrested in the 1800 block of 1st Center Ave for Operating While Intoxicated — 5th Offense and Operating Left of Center.
● 2:43am, a 37 year old Brodhead man was cited in the 1000 block of W Exchange St for Possession of THC.
● 12:17pm, while on patrol, Police were advised by a citizen in the 1400 block of E 4th Ave of an Animal Problem; report of dogs that ran away. Officers checked area, but were unable to locate the dogs.
On April 24:
● 1:30am, Police responded to the 500 block of 11th St. for the report of Suspicious Activity; a subject reportedly walking around houses with a flashlight. The area was checked but no other suspicious activity was located.
● 10:03pm, Police responded to the 1400 block of E 4th Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; a cat bite. This matter was referred to the Green Co. Health Department.
On April 26:
● 11:55am, a 23 year old Evansville woman was arrested in the 100 block of E 9th Ave. for Possession of Marijuana. She was also cited for Display Unauthorized Registration Plate, Failure to Transfer Title and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Required.
● 2:50pm, a 44 year old McHenry, IL, woman was arrested in the 2400 block of 1st Center Ave. for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. A 51 year old McHenry, IL, man was also arrested for Disorderly Conduct related to this case.
On April 27:
● 7:55pm, a 33 year old Madison man was cited in the 700 block of 23rd St. for Speeding and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance/No Proof on Person.
On April 28:
● 4:18pm, Police responded to the 1100 block of W 2nd Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog at large. Police checked the area but the dog was not located.
● 6:39pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of 25th St. for the report of an Animal Problem; subjects throwing rocks at geese in the area. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
On April 29:
● 9:11am, Police responded to the 1000 block of W 2nd Ave. for the report of a Theft; a catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle. This matter remains under investigation.
● 10:33am, Police responded to the 1000 block of E 3rd Ave. for the report of a Theft; a catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle. This matter remains under investigation.
● 8:48pm, a 21 year old Brodhead man was cited in the 600 block of 17th St for Display of Unauthorized Plate.
On April 30:
● 11:05am, Police responded to the 1300 block of W 4th Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog bite. This matter was referred to the Green County Health Dept.
● 2:54pm, Police responded to the 800 block of E 3rd Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; dogs at large. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the dogs.
● 7:44pm, Police responded to the 1200 block of 15th St for the report of a Code Violation; subject throwing dog feces into roadway. Officers made contact with the individual and a verbal warning was issued.
● 9:08pm, Police responded to the 700 block of E 5th Ave for the report of Suspicious Activity; unknown vehicle driving in area. Due to the time between the activity occurring and the time it was reported, the complainant wanted an informational case pulled. Officers did patrol area and could not locate the vehicle.

Orvilio Lopez-Murillo was traveling on CTH M when he lost control of his vehicle causing the vehicle to exit the roadway, enter the ditch and roll over. Lopez-Murillo’s 2007 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. Lopez-Murillo was cited for Operating without a License. Wiota First Response, Wiota Fire Department and Argyle EMS assisted on scene.

● 4:04 PM Amanda S Ramsey, 37, Linden reported striking a deer on CTH G, Argyle Township. Ramsey’s 2015 Kia received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● 6:02 PM A deputy responded to Maple St, Village of Blanchardville to assist with an arrest warrant. As a result, Nicholas J Ackerman, 39, Blanchardville was arrested on a valid Grant County warrant. Ackerman was transported to the Grant County Jail.

● 7:37 PM A deputy proceeded with a traffic stop on STH 23, Darlington Township. The deputy went to the vehicle and identified the driver as Jeremy H Hardyman, 36, Madison. While speaking with Hardyman, he proceeded to leave in his 2014 Chevrolet at a high rate of speed.

● 8:14 PM Deputies responded to Bethel Grove Rd, Kendall Township for a two vehicle accident. Robert D Brainerd, 70, Mineral Point failed to stop at the stop sign causing his vehicle to strike the oncoming vehicle driven by Lauren M Kishman, 17, Monona IA. Brainerd’s 2015 Chevrolet and Kishman’s 2015 Jeep received moderate damage and were both towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. Brainerd will be cited for Failure to Yield at Stop Sign. Belmont EMS and Belmont Fire assisted on scene.

● 3:11 AM Lafayette County EMS responded to CTH Z, Darlington for a medical emergency. Deputy assisted on scene.
● 3:36 AM A deputy responded to E Lucy St, City of Darlington to assist the Darlington Police Department with a domestic dispute.
● 8:33 AM Gratiot First Response and Green County EMS responded to Salty Hollow Rd, Darlington Township for a medical emergency.
● 9:27 AM A deputy responded to STH 81, Elk Grove Township for livestock on the roadway.

Monroe Police
On April 15:
● 2:16 AM, officers arrested Trevor L. Aebly (23), South Wayne, following a traffic offense stop in the 800 block of 20th Avenue. Aebly was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, possession of cocaine, unauthorized concealed weapon, and going armed with a firearm while intoxicated. Aebly was also cited for exceeding posted speed zone 11-15 mph, and improper left turn. Aebly was jailed, but later released after posting cash bail, pending a court appearance.
On April 16:
● 2:27 AM, officers arrested Peter C. Cramer (35), Monroe, following repeated calls to a business about a person allegedly armed with a knife who was causing a disturbance and making threats to other patrons. After several calls and warnings had gone unheeded, Cramer was charged with disorderly conduct and confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. No knife was found.
On April 18:
● 3:39 PM, officers arrested Derek J. Grinnell (32), Monroe, in the 1300 block of 17th Street, on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole. Grinnell was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
● 5:44 PM, officers were called to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue. Investigation led to the arrest of Christopher C. Buske (27), Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Buske posted cash bail and was released pending a court appearance.
On April 20:
● 5:24 PM, officers arrested Robert W. Allen (40), Monroe, in the 500 block of 6th Street, on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole, for a parole violation. Allen was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
On April 21:
● 12:45 AM, officers arrested Matthew T. Tousignant (35), Monroe, following a unsafe lane deviation traffic offense stop in the 600 block of STH 69. Tousignant was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-2nd offense, and was also cited for unsafe lane deviation and having no proof of insurance. Tousignant was later released to a responsible person pending a court appearance.
On April 23:
● 2:47 AM, officers were called to a three vehicle accident with no reported injuries in the 2500 block of 13th Street. Investigation indicates that a vehicle operated by Mario I. Perez Barrios (36), Monroe, was westbound on 13th Street when it collided with a legally parked unoccupied vehicle. The parked vehicle was then propelled into a second legally parked unoccupied vehicle. The Perez Barrios vehicle and the first parked vehicle both sustained severe damages and were towed. The second parked vehicle sustained minor damages. Perez Barrios was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-2nd offense, and was also cited for operating without a valid driver’s license, inattentive driving, unsafe lane deviation, and failure to install an ignition interlock device. Perez Barrios was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On April 24:
● 12:27 AM, officers were called to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 2700 block of 8th 1/2 Street. An investigation led to the arrest of Corey L. Seffrood (41), Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Seffrood was also charged with two (2) counts of felony bail jumping for violating bail conditions on a prior case. Seffrood was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
● 4:49 AM, officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with reported minor injuries at STH 69 and 8th Street. Investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Brian J. Indergand (60), Monroe, was an eastbound on 8th Street and collided with a vehicle which was northbound on STH 69, operated by a 56 yearold Monroe man. Indergand was transported to the Monroe Clinic Hospital by Green County EMS with non-life threatening injuries. Indergand’s vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. The other vehicle sustained moderate damage. Indergand was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a flashing red signal, and was released pending a court appearance.
Green County Sheriff
On April 21:
● At 11:46 am, Brandy P Armenarez, 44, of Argyle, was placed under arrest for a warrant through Lafayette County while in the 2800 block of 6th St, City of Monroe. Armenarez was turned over to Lafayette County Deputies.
On April 22:
● At approximately 11:24 AM, Deputies took Nathaniel E. Parkin, 21 of Madison, into custody on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Nathaniel was taken into custody at the Green County Probation and Parole Office and was transported to the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
● At approximately 8:28 PM, Deputies responded to the 100 block of W. Main St., Village of Brooklyn, for a disturbance occurring. Investigation resulted in Eric L. Miller, 46 of Brooklyn, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Eric was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held pending his initial court appearance or posting of his bond.
● At approximately 12:23 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of 9th Ave. in the City of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the operator, Hailey L. Gille, 20 of Monroe, being cited for Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle. Hailey was released pending a future court date.
● At approximately 2:45 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W5400 block of STH 11, Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the operator, Ashley F. Holmes, 31 of Brodhead, being arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol — 1st Offense. Ashley was also cited for speeding and Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Ashley was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
On April 24:
● At 7:27 PM Albany Police assisted by Green County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted a warrant arrest at a residence in the 200 block of North Summit Street, Village of Albany. Law enforcement on scene attempted to contact Donald W. Pitman 55, of Albany. Pitman came outside and retreated back into the residence upon observing officers on scene. Deputies and Officers on scene attempted contact with the Pitman for an extended period of time with no success. Green County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT) responded to assist. After approximately three (3) hours SRT was able to establish contact with Pitman and take him into custody. Pitman was subsequently arrested by Albany Police Department for an active Felony warrant through Stephenson County Sheriff for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Pitman was transported by Albany EMS from the scene for medical clearance prior to being conveyed to Green County Jail.
