On January 14:

● At 1:17 a.m., officers conducted a traffic offense stop in the 1800 block of 11th Avenue and arrested Christopher A. Dodd, 26, Brodhead, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense. Dodd was also cited for operating without headlights during hours of darkness.
