MONROE — Shawn J. Tracy, 34, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of possession of heroin and illegal drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and an arrest warrant issued by Dane County at 2:03 a.m. Jan. 21 in the N6600 block of Wis. 69, Town of Mt. Pleasant. He was also cited for driving left of center and driving without a valid license. He was jailed.

● Ricardo Almos-Landa, 46, Monroe, was cited for speeding and driving without a valid license, his second offense within three years, at 6:56 p.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe.
● Darrin A. Gruenberg, 51, Browntown, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 11:08 p.m. in the 200 block of South Center Street in Browntown. He was jailed.

● Lonnie D. Severson, 53, Monroe, was arrested on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 2:59 p.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. He was jailed.

● Luis Fernando Monzon Aceituno, 27, Janesville, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 9:31 p.m. on Wis. 11 and Balls Mill Road, Town of Sylvester. He was also cited for driving without a valid license, his third within three years, and failure to keep vehicle under control. He was released to a responsible party.
● Joseph R. Hanson, 41, Brooklyn, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration at 12:10 a.m. Jan. 30 in the W7500 block of Wis. 81, Town of Jordan. He was also cited for speeding.
● Joshua J. Hudson, 26, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on a warrant at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 1600 block of 4th Avenue West in Monroe. He was jailed.
On Feb. 1:
● Ledoshia V. Oliver, 42, Rockford, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping at 4:56 a.m. in the N4200 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. She was also cited for driving without a valid license. She was jailed.
● Christopher J. Fillner, 51, Brooklyn, was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear at 2:08 a.m. Feb. 2 in the W900 block of Wis. 92, Town of Brooklyn. He was jailed.

MONROE — Bane S. Tlehuactle Calihua, 26, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation/suffocation under Wisconsin’s domestic violence laws at 6:55 p.m. Jan. 24 at a business in the 100 block of West 8th Street. He was jailed.

● Thomas A. McLean, 34, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and on a warrant through the Department of Corrections at 6:17 p.m. in the 2500 block of 13th Avenue. He was jailed.
● Roger M. Blum, 52, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing to a medical facility at 7:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Street. He was jailed.
● Lucas A. Noble, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 2:55 p.m. Jan. 28. He was jailed.

Andes, 39, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of fleeing/eluding an officer and felony bail jumping. He was also cited for improper parking on the roadway, unreasonable and imprudent speed, driving left of center, failure to maintain control of vehicle and hit-and-run to property. He was jailed.

Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Jan. 23 to Jan. 29, police performed 26 security checks, 21 citizen assists, 10 assists of other agencies, five follow-ups to incidents, nine vehicle registration and nine traffic stops; responded to 52 calls for service and reported nine EMS calls, 12 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls and two fire calls. No detox or mental health transports were reported.
● A citation was issued for a vehicle in violation of the city’s winter parking ordinance at 2:46 a.m. Jan. 23 and 34 citations were issued at 5:18 a.m.
On Jan. 24:
● A domestic problem and sex offense was reported at 3:59 a.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street. These remain under investigation.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 7:37 a.m. in the 800 block of 2nd Street. Police found nothing suspicious.

● Theft was reported at 8:51 a.m. Jan. 25 in the 700 block of 17th Street. This remains under investigation.

● A parking violation involving parking on the sidewalk was reported at 6:39 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A dog bite was reported at 10:22 p.m. in the 700 block of East 8th Avenue. This was referred to the Green County Health Department.

MONTICELLO — On Jan. 22:
● Police found a plastic drain pipe on the roadway at 1:13 a.m. in the 400 block of Summit Avenue. Police removed the pipe.
● Police observed a suspicious unoccupied vehicle at 1:39 a.m. in the 300 block of South Pratt Road. Everything was found to be okay.
● A dog bite was reported at 11:29 p.m. in the 800 block of East Lake Avenue.
On Jan. 23:
● Police issued 14 winter parking violation citations at 1:15 a.m.
● A parking complaint was reported at 3:21 p.m. in the 300 block of South Monroe Street.
● Police found a suspicious vehicle at a closed business at 7:33 p.m. in the 400 block of West Coates Avenue. It was found they were cleaning the business.
On Jan. 24:
● Police issued seven winter parking violation citations at 6:30 a.m.

● Police issued a citation for a violation of the 24-hour parking at 1:19 a.m. in the 300 block of South Monroe Street.

On Jan. 27:
● Police responded for a citizen assist at 3:35 p.m.
● Police assisted a citizen with vehicle registration at 4:06 p.m. Citizen was advised to contact Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
On Jan. 28:
● Police found an unsecured vehicle at 12:06 a.m. in the 400 block of North Pratt Road. The vehicle was secured.
● A found dog was reported at 2:03 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. The dog was returned to its owner. The owner was warned for animal at large.
● Police assisted a citizen about ice fishing at 6:24 p.m.
