A warrant is issued for his arrest. The criminal complaint indicates on Aug. 15 he stole a 2013 Wilson livestock trailer, worth about $40,000. Daugherty had been hired about a month earlier by a local trucking company to haul cattle and they “started having issues with him right away” in regards to loading and unloading on time and answering texts and phone calls. Daugherty allegedly drove the trailer to Kentucky and refused to return it. Kentucky court records show he has prior felony convictions of theft and possessing methamphetamine.

●  Christopher Paul Graves, 47, Monroe, was charged Nov. 3 with a felony count of aggravated battery and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, stemming from a domestic abuse incident at his home Aug. 1. She had “every intention of paying (the loan) back before anyone knew, but things got away from her” and she was “drowning in debt and drowning emotionally,” according to a detective’s report from an interview with Camron.
