MONROE - Kay L. Hilfiker age 69 of Monroe, Wisconsin, died Monday, October 11, 2010 at UW Hospital in Madison. She was born July 8, 1941 in Monroe the daughter of George and Betty (Smull) Wolfe and graduated from Monroe High School in 1960.
Kay and Gerald G. Hilfiker were married on June 2, 1962 at the Monroe United Methodist Church. Kay worked at Spurgeon Department Store, Monroe Dairy Queen, Sentry Grocery Store, Bernie's Restaurant, and Lucky 7 Gas Station. She was a former member of Monroe United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Gerald Hilfiker of Monroe; daughters, Shelly Raisbeck of Bloomington and Kelly (Doug) Hilliard of Monroe; sister, Tracy (Dale) Amacher of Monroe; grandchildren, Nicole and Matthew Raisbeck and Nick and Kris Rieder; nephew and niece, Kyle (Tracey) Amacher and Brittany Amacher; and grand-niece, McKenna Sawyer.
Private family services will be held at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home.
