Jon R. Schilt, age 52 of Monroe, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. Jon was born in Monroe on April 3, 1958, the fourth child of five for Robert and Joan (Andrews) Schilt. Jon grew up in Monroe, where he competed in the state wrestling and cross country finals before graduating in 1976.
