John P. "Bony" Nall

John P. "Bony" Nall, age 73 of Argyle, died on Friday, August 24, 2012 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was born on January 11, 1939, the son of Israel and Katherine (Fischer) Nall. He was a graduate of Argyle High School. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1958 to 1961, being honorably discharged. John's past marriages were to Carol Wyss and Francine Nelson. He was a cheese maker at area cheese factories and later plant manager for Monroe Cheese Corp. in Monticello. John loved the out of doors and was a hunter safety instructor.

He is survived by his son, Brian (Deb) Nall; daughter, Paula Swope; grandchildren, Alex, Nicole, Jenna; step-grandchildren, Tiffany, Stephanie, Jessica; brother, Norman (Edith) Nall; sisters, Iola Thompson, and Ruth Mellenberger, also special nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents; brother, Robert and sister, Marion Herman.

Private graveside services will be held at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Argyle. A memorial fund is being established in John's memory. The Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home is serving the family.
