Jessica L. Davis, age 32 of Monroe, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at her home. Jessica was born on September 6, 1983 in Monroe, the daughter of Thomas O. and Joy L. (Bates) Ward. She graduated from Monroe High School in 2002 and attended Blackhawk Technical College.
