Hattie M. Hasse, age 89, of Monroe, formerly Hattie's Bar & Grill, died on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Azura Memory Care. She was born on July 22, 1925, the daughter of Earl and Vera (Pease) Trickel.

Hattie married Glen Miller and later married Wesley R. Hasse. She owned and operated Hattie's Bar and Grill for many years.

Hattie is survived by her grandsons, Todd (Ashley) Miller of Monroe, Gary (Terri) Miller of Sterling, IL; sister, Lilas Grabow of Foreston, IL; daughter-in-law, Penny Miller of Monroe; great-grandchildren, Timothy, Trisha, Tyler, Ally, Troy, Aaron, Savannah and Kameron. She is predeceased by her husbands, Glen and Wesley; daughter, Karen Hasse; son, Earl Miller; granddaughter, Tina Miller; brothers, Ken, Jack, Lloyd, Bob, Don and Arley; sister, Cora Stauffacher.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 12 noon at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, with Rev. David Busker officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service at noon at the funeral home.

A memorial fund is being established in Hattie's memory.
