George Jacobs, 77, graduated to heaven on September 3, 2017 at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. He began his teaching career at Prien School in Green County and retired from teaching in Tok, Alaska. After retiring George owned and operated along with his wife, Beth, Mukluk Land and published Mukluk News for the Tok, Alaska area. He was preceded in death by parents, George and Muriel Jacobs, daughter, Brenda, and brother, Neil. He is survived by wife, Beth, son, Gary (Candice), grandchildren, Griffin and Gwendolyn, and sister Karen Jacobs, along with extended family.
