NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Nov. 2, the New Glarus Fire Department responded at 3:19 p.m. to a fire alarm at the New Glarus Elementary School. It was found to be a false alarm triggered by a student.

On Wednesday, New Glarus Area EMS responded at 6:23 p.m. to a call in the 300 block of Elmer Road.

On Friday:

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 11:05 p.m. to a call in the 300 block of Elmer Road.

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 2:17 p.m. to a call in the 500 block of 1st Street.

On Saturday:

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 1:59 a.m. to a medical call on Engi Court.

• New Glarus Area EMS responded at 2:36 p.m. to a medical call in the 500 block of 14th Avenue.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• The Darlington Fire Department responded to a call at 7:02 a.m. on Galena Street in Darlington. County deputies and Darlington Police assisted on scene.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service responded at 10:07 a.m. to a call on Main Street in Darlington.

On Saturday, the Wiota Fire Department responded at 10:14 a.m. to a possible residential gas leak on Whiteside Road, Town of Wiota.

On Sunday:

• The South Wayne Fire Department, First Response and Monroe Ambulance Service responded at 3:30 a.m. to a call on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. County deputies assisted on scene.

• Benton First Response and Cuba City EMS responded at 4:08 p.m. to a call on Twin Bridge Road, Town of Benton.

• Blanchardville EMS responded at 8:34 p.m. to a call on Alvin Street in Blanchardville. County deputies assisted with the call.
