DARLINGTON - On Friday, Sept. 18:

• Belmont EMS was paged at 5:44 p.m. to North Park Street in Belmont for a medical emergency. Belmont police assisted on scene.

• Shullsburg Fire and Shullsburg EMS were paged at 6:44 p.m. to West Water Street in Shullsburg for a medical emergency. The sheriff's office assisted on scene.

On Saturday, Sept. 19:

• Shullsburg EMS was paged at 2:34 a.m. to East High Street in Shullsburg for a medical emergency.

• Cuba City EMS was paged at 4:47 p.m. to a

medical emergency on Mine Road, Town of Elk Grove. The subject was taken to a Platteville hospital and later flown by MedFlight helicopter to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.

Deputies and the Cuba City Fire Department assisted on scene.

• Shullsburg EMS was paged at 10:06 p.m. to West Estey Street in Shullsburg for a medical emergency.

On Sunday, Sept. 20:

• Belmont EMS was paged at 2:10 a.m. to West Commerce Street in Belmont for a medical emergency. The subject was taken to Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville for a severe concussion and later transported by helicopter to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. Deputies and Belmont police assisted on scene.

• The Darlington Fire Department was paged at 4:19 a.m. to Keep Street in Darlington for a motor vehicle fully engulfed in flames, no occupants. The vehicle was towed away by Al's Towing. Darlington police assisted on scene.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service was paged at 11:02 a.m. to East Harriet Street in Darlington for a medical emergency. Darlington police assisted on scene.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service was paged at 11:06 a.m. to East Harriet Street in Darlington for a medical emergency. Darlington police assisted on scene.

• Rural Medical Ambulance Service was paged at 10:10 p.m. to Ohio Street in Darlington for a medical emergency. The subject was transported to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County. Darlington police assisted on scene.
