MONROE - An ambulance was dispatched Wednesday, Nov. 14:
• At 5:19 a.m. to the 800 block of 22nd Street.
• At 7:14 a.m., 11:23 a.m. and 9:56 p.m. to Aster Retirement Community, 616 8th Ave.

DARLINGTON - The Belmont Fire Department was dispatched at 6:04 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, to a vehicle on fire on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. Gary M. Conley, 56, Dubuque, Iowa, was southbound in a semi trailer when the brakes caught the trailer on fire. He was able to pull to the shoulder of the road. A passing motorist assisted with a fire extinguisher. No injuries were reported. The trailer sustained minor damage. University of Wisconsin-Platteville Police assisted with traffic control at the scene.
