New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Police responded to an active fire alarm on 2nd Avenue at 11:28 a.m. March 23. There was no actual fire. It was determined to be a false alarm.

Police also assisted EMS on medical calls:

♦ At 5:03 p.m. March 22 in the 200 block of Industrial Drive.

♦ At 7:11 p.m. March 23 in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue.

♦ At 6:28 p.m. March 25 in the 800 block of 3rd Avenue.



Lafayette County Sheriff

On March 25:

♦ Shullsburg EMS responded for a medical emergency at 6:19 a.m. to East Main Street in Shullsburg.

♦ Rural Medical Ambulance responded for a medical emergency at 2:22 p.m. on Clay Street in Darlington.

♦ The Argyle Fire Department responded for a grass fire at 5:05 p.m. on County G, Town of Argyle. The sheriff's office assisted on scene.

♦ The South Wayne Fire Department responded for a carbon monoxide alarm at 5:47 p.m. on South Warren Street in South Wayne. The sheriff's office assisted on scene.

♦ Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS responded for a medical emergency at 8:20 p.m. on 2nd Street in Benton.
