NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On July 24, the New Glarus Fire Department responded at 5:42 p.m. to a call in the 500 block of 4th Avenue. Upon investigation, the issue was found to be a defective washing machine.

On Wednesday:

• New Glarus EMS responded at 12:24 p.m. to a medical call in the 400 block of 6th Avenue.

• New Glarus First Response and New Glarus EMS responded at 12:44 p.m. to a medical call in the 900 block of Glarner Drive.

On Thursday, New Glarus EMS responded at 3:33 p.m. to a medical call on Schwanden Circle.

On Friday, the New Glarus Fire Department responded at 9:46 p.m. to a carbon monoxide alarm triggered at the 1300 block of 5th Street. No carbon monoxide was found and the detector was found to be defective.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Benton First Response and Cuba City Ambulance Service responded at 3:09 a.m. to a medical call on Hilldale Road, Town of New Diggings.

• Benton First Response and Hazel Green Ambulance Service responded at 1:52 p.m. to a medical call on Third Street in Benton.

• Benton First Response and Hazel Green Ambulance Service responded at 8:46 p.m. to a medical call on Third Street in Benton.

On Sunday:

• The Blanchardville Fire Department responded at 4:50 a.m. to a fire alarm at Cross Street in Blanchardville.

• The Belmont Ambulance Service responded at 7:41 a.m. to a lift assist on South Mound Avenue in Belmont.

• The Belmont Ambulance Service responded at 5:40 p.m. to a lift assist on South Mound Avenue in Belmont.
