Ethel G. Mitchell age 83 of Monroe, Wisconsin died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Monroe Manor. She was born June 10, 1929 at Pequot Lakes, Minnesota the daughter of Martin and Florence (Yeager) Leckschied.
Ethel and Emery G. Mitchell were married on October 29, 1947. Ethel worked at Admiral TV, McCleary's in South Beloit, IL, volunteered at Nursing Homes, and enjoyed her family & friends at Churchill Apartments.
She is survived by children, Evelyn Mitchell of Monroe, William Mitchell of Monroe, Mary (Gary) Moffitt of Monroe, Edna Weiss of Monroe, Martin Mitchell of Watertown, Dale (Julie) Mitchell of Beloit, Larry Mitchell of Beloit, & Judy Mitchell of Beaver Dam; 17 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lacy & Earl; and sisters, Gladys, Frances, Lucy, Marie & Ruby. She is predeceased by her Parents; Husband; daughter, Edith Mitchell; and brother, John.
Ethel had requested that no service or visitation be held.
A Memorial Fund is being established in Ethel's memory.
