Dorothy Mae Figi, 92, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, September 14th. Her husband, Meldger Figi died just short of 4 years ago on September 28, 2007. Dorothy and Mig were married for 66 years and both were originally from Monroe and Waukesha, Wisconsin. They relocated to Colorado Springs where they lived for 23 years. Dorothy left her home in Colorado Springs after her husband died and moved to the Village at Skyline retirement home. Three years ago her son, Randall, and his wife Marlies moved her to Mackensie Place in Fort Collins. Mrs. Figi was a beautiful and charming woman and a fashion icon. It was hard to believe she was 92. Dorothy died peacefully in the middle of the night. Besides being survived by Randy and Marlies and their two children, she has a daughter, Lane Mayhew, who resides in California with her son, Tyler, and two grandchildren, Mrs. Figi's great-grandchildren. Dorothy devoted her life to her family. She will be missed.
