Donald N. Rutsch, age 85 of Monroe, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. He was born on July 15, 1927 in Monroe, the son of Nicholas and Sophia (Benkert) Rutsch. He graduated from Monroe High School.
