Donald E. Larson, age 85, of South Wayne, WI, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012, at Lafayette Manor in Darlington, WI. He was born May 27, 1927 in Wiota Township, WI, the son of Joseph and Norma (Olson) Larson. Donald graduated from South Wayne High School in 1945. He worked for Ken Hall in Monroe, WI, repairing televisions. Donald later owned and operated his own television and antenna repair business. In 1975, he worked in carpentry until retiring in 2001.

Donald is survived by two brothers: Richard (Evelyn) Larson and Robert (Kathryn) Larson both of Wiota; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother: Wesley Larson in 1996.

Donald was a member of Wiota Lutheran Church, South Wayne Sportsmen Club, and Monroe Flying Club. He served in the United States Army from 1950 until 1952. Donald enjoyed fishing, hunting, and flying.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 24, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Wiota Lutheran Church, 6682 State Road 78, South Wayne, WI, with Rev. Luke S. Smetters officiating. Burial will be in West Wiota Cemetery. A visitation will be held Monday, September 24, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
