Delores E. Gabioud, age 84 of Argyle, WI passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe. She was born on July 12, 1931 in Fayette Township the daughter of Edward and Lenore (Gilbertson) Dammen. Delores was united in marriage to Milford M. Gabioud on May 6, 1950 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in rural Blanchardville, WI. She lived and farmed with her husband in Argyle Township on the Gabioud family farm until moving to Argyle in 1984.

Delores is survived by her husband Milford at home; her children: JoAnne (John) Dunlavy of rural Blanchardville, David (Lori) Gabioud of Darlington, WI, Marie (Jeff) Wunschel of Monroe, WI, and John (Kris) Gabioud of rural Blanchardville; brothers: Sylvan (Nancy) Dammen of rural Argyle and Paul (Marie) Dammen of rural Monroe; sister: Barbara (Ron) Engebretson of Lancaster, WI; brother-in-law: Paul Badertscher of rural Darlington; sister-in-law: Betty Dammen of Argyle; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren: Devon Gabioud in 1993 and Bryant Gabioud in 2007; two great-grandchildren: Travis Dunlavy Santoro and Amelia Josephs; brother: Merlin Dammen; sister: Sylvia Badertscher; and sister-in-law: Angie Dammen.

Delores was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Argyle and its Council of Catholic Women. She loved spending time with her family and babysitting her grandchildren. Delores enjoyed embroidering and listening to her radio in her spare time. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

A mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (213 N. Lafayette St, Argyle) a branch of St. Isidore Parish with Rev. Thomas Gillespie officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Erickson Funeral Home in Argyle (801 Milwaukee St) where a rosary will be prayed at 4:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.
